If anything, I’m consistent. I said how much I loved Into the Spiderverse before with my Miles evolution article. When I saw this NOTA Spider Gwen headsculpt, I knew I needed it. I ended up slapping her on my Marvel Legends Spider Gwen figure and I’m happy with the result.
There is an attention to detail here that I don’t think even the big players (Figuarts, Mafex) in the 1:12 scale could compete. The pierced eyebrow draws your attention into the superbly painted eyes. The subtle shading of the hair and lips help to breathe life into an extraordinary 3D version of this 2D superstar.
If you’re a fan of the movie, and action figures, do yourself a favor and pick this up.
